ArtBIO is a series of modern polymer-natural fiber granulates (natural fiber composite NFC). ArtBIO granulates are made of polypropylene (PP) combined with natural fibers and other plant raw materials in the amount of up to 30%. We plan to soon implement the production of varieties with the content of plant raw materials above 30%.

PROCESSING

ArtBIO can be processed by both injection molding and extrusion. ArtBIO is processed as standard plastic compound, the only limitation is processing temperature, which should be kept under 200°C. ArtBIO pellets should be dried before processing.
