ArtWOOD is a modern wood-plastic composite (WPC), combining natural wood fibers with plastics, which gives a material of exceptional durability, resistance to weather conditions and ease of processing. ArtWOOD combines the aesthetics of wood with the practical advantages of plastics, offering an ecological solution that is environmentally friendly and long-lasting. ArtWOOD granulates are made of polypropylene (PP) combined with wood fibers (WF) in the amount of up to 40%.

PROCESSING

ArtWOOD can be processed by both injection molding and extrusion (extrusion compounds available soon). ArtWOOD is injected as standard plastic compound, the only limitation is processing temperature, which should be kept under 200°C. ArtWOOD pellets should be dried before processing.
